The restaurant was renewed some years ago and offers a more informal and fast cuisine in the first dining room ‘s bistro, very bright and furnished with curious objects, while it is more classic in the inner dining room, more elegant and refined. The cooking is assigned to Federico, a owner always looking for new ideas and open to new experiences, who loves to host friends chefs and with them always to offer creative dishes. The next door building has been used to sell products of the family’s farmed land, genuine and fresh, such as vegetables and oil. Torrione’s cuisine is based on excellent raw materials, such as fish, which the chef buys from local fishermen, and that he prepares with particular combinations, such as with the exotic fruit from the greenhouses of a local farmer. In the dining room the service is provided by Aurora, who will be able to give you the best recommendation with courtesy and professionalism. Among the appetizers we mention the bon bon with Sanremo shrimps, almonds and pepper and ginger jam or the composition of raw fish depending on the catch of the day. Among the first courses, all homemade fresh pasta, potato ravioli and leeks with red mullet sauce or pappardelle with squid and vegetables from the orchard. To follow the roasted angler fish with grilled vegetables and local fish with Pigna potatoes. The desserts that the chef personally takes care of are particularly interesting. The wine list is very accurate, with many local labels.
