This restaurant has been family owned for three generations: a guarantee of great local cuisine with excellent ingredients. Its atmosphere is elegant and orderly, you are always welcomed cordially and professionally. The cuisine is innovative but strongly rooted in tradition. There’s a big dining room with a fireplace and tasteful decor which make for a pleasant atmosphere; on the first floor you’ll find 7 comfortable guest rooms. Fausto the owner and chef, offers original well-presented dishes such as the salty tiramisù which is served as an appetizer. There are mushroom dishes available when in season paired together with fish and other special recipes made with asparagus and Albenga artichokes. Fausto’s wife is in charge of the dining room while his son Gabriele, who’s a very well prepared sommelier, takes care of their wine cellar which holds more than 500 labels. The tasting menu is priced at € 45. The kitchen staff offers intriguing reinterpretations of country dishes. Catering services are also available.
